Here is a rundown of the biggest news in UK Boxing over the last week

Frank Warren’s World War III card took a massive blow when the main event for the WBO Middleweight title was postponed after Billy Joe Saunders was cut in Sparring. It's the second time the fight has been postponed in recent weeks. Its expected to be re scheduled for the end of November 2015, the rest of the card will go ahead as planned.

IBF Champion Kell Brook (35-0) has had his next date confirmed for October 24th in Sheffield against Diego Chaves on a Sky Sports Pay Per View event, Diego Chaves (23-2-1) is fresh off a heavily disputed draw with WBO champion Tim Bradley and should make for a fun fight with Kell Brook although the champion will be the favourite

Eddie Hearn has announced 2 fights for the Kell Brook Undercard on October 24th Super Bantamweight Gavin McDonnell (13-0-2) twin brother of WBA Bantamweight Champion Jamie has been given a European title shot vs former Carl Frampton victim Jeremy Parodi (37-2-1) also former World Champion Ricky Burns (38-5-1) will face Eddis Tallis (25-1) for the EBU lightweight title

Wladimir Klitschko (64-3) defense against Tyson Fury (24-0) has also confirmed its UK tv home and will be shown on Sky Sports PPV, it will form a double header with Kell Brook on October 24th and also be shown live in the stadium

Gennady Golovkin’s (33-0) unification fight with David Lemieux (34-2) is to be shown in the UK by subscription channel Boxnation, It's a fight many are excited about Worldwide and it great news for UK fight fans

September 12th sees George Groves (21-2) in his 3rd Attempt at a world title facing Badou Jack (19-1-1) for the WBC Super Middleweight title. He’s considered a heavy favourite and is expected to bring the belt back home to the UK and set up some huge domestic fights.

Dillian Whyte (15-0) finally has a opponent confirmed for for his fight this weekend as he faces Brian Minto (41-9)

Andrew Selby brother of IBF Featherweight champion Lee Selby has confirmed via Twitter he has left the team GB set up and will be turning pro, No promotional company has been confirmed at this time.

Jamie McDonnell went over to Texas and upset the odds beating Tomoki Kameda for the second time successfully defending his WBA bantamweight belt, he’s expected to move up in weight for his next fight and may target Scott Quigg at super bantamweight.
